Cancellation Policy

A guest may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking.

After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.

The cleaning fees will also be refunded when the accommodation fees are refunded.

A guest will receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in time for the booking. If this is not done, then no refund will be given at all.

A cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will mean the guest will forfeit 100% of the booking and associated fees.

There is no refund given at all if a guest decides to cancel after check-in.

It is highly recommended that the Guest has holiday insurance to cover any cancellation.
